We extend our gratitude for choosing FLOOR PLUS as your flooring provider. In the pursuit of ensuring your utmost satisfaction, we present the following elucidation of our Warranty Policy. This policy is exclusively applicable to the PRIMARY PURCHASER/OWNER and is contingent upon adherence to the stipulated procedures, constraints, disclaimers, and exclusions articulated herein.

FLOOR PLUS commits to the ensuing warranty provisions:

1. Defect-Free Manufacturing: FLOOR PLUS warrants that our SPC flooring will be devoid of any manufacturing defects.
2. Resilience Against Termite Damage: Our SPC flooring is fortified against any threats posed by termite damage.
3. Shield Against Water Damage: FLOOR PLUS guarantees the resistance of our SPC flooring against water-related damages.

Should any such
defects manifest, following an authenticated verification, FLOOR PLUS will duly authorize either the reparation or replacement of the affected area.

This warranty, however, does not encompass the ensuing scenarios:

• Inadequate Installation: Instances involving non-professional installation or utilization of improper adhesive/trowel are excluded. Matters pertaining to workmanship discrepancies should be directed to the installing contractor.
• Evident Manufacturing Flaws: Flooring exhibiting overt manufacturing defects at the point of installation.
• Inadequate Upkeep: Flooring marred by inappropriate maintenance, including deterioration due to soaps, detergents, abrasive chemicals, dressings, one-step cleaners, or wax.
• Surface Impairment: Damage sustained from pointed heels, burns, cigarette burns, cuts, scratches, gouges, and depressions. This includes impairment from inadequate floor protectors and furniture supports. Staining induced by dyes tracked from carpets, along with damage caused by fertilizers, coal, tar, driveway sealers, oil residues, or similar substances, is not covered. Additionally, fading or discoloration resulting from sunlight exposure or heat generation is excluded.
• Moisture and Alkalinity Issues: Complications or damage due to excessive moisture and/or alkalinity within the subfloor. Discoloration or detachment caused by hydrostatic pressure or substantial moisture stemming from flooding, plumbing and appliance leaks, or water seepage are not included.
• Deviation from Samples or Print Material: Any deviations in shade, color, or embossing from provided samples or printed materials.
• Protection Against Sunlight: The material must be safeguarded against direct sunlight to mitigate potential uncontrolled expansion.

Further constraints toconsider:

• This warranty is non-transferrable.
• Reporting of manufacturing defects must transpire within 3 months from the purchase date.
• Only appropriately installed and well-maintained flooring is encompassed by this warranty.
• FLOOR PLUS disclaims responsibility for consequential or incidental damages arising from this limited warranty.
• Compensation for temporal loss, inconvenience, or ancillary expenses during initial installation will not be covered.
• FLOOR PLUS retains the prerogative of ultimate judgment and retains the authority to deny claims under specific circumstances.
• No FLOOR PLUS representative, employee, or agent holds the authority to amend or modify this limited warranty as presented herein.

Communication Protocol:

Notice of warranty claims should be communicated exclusively through the dealer from whom the purchase was executed. Notification mandates submission of the original receipt and can only be sanctioned by FLOOR PLUS.

This warranty extends to a singular claim within the stipulated coverage period. FLOOR PLUS retains the right to elucidate warranty claims and revise Terms and Conditions sans prior notification.
